We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enumerator to join our team to conduct telephone interviews with learners, employers and stakeholders who have benefited from government funded training interventions. The ideal candidate will collect valuable data regarding the effectiveness of these programs and contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance educational and vocational training across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct Telephone Interviews:
o Efficiently manage and conduct scheduled telephone interviews with a predefined list of learners.
o Adhere to an interview script to collect consistent data while maintaining the flexibility to probe for more in-depth responses when necessary.
· Data Collection and Recording:
o Accurately record responses using the provided digital tools and platforms.
o Ensure confidentiality and integrity of the information collected.
· Data Quality Assurance:
o Review collected data for completeness and accuracy.
o Address any inconsistencies or gaps in data by conducting follow-up calls as necessary.
Reporting:
· Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on interview progress and insights.
· Communicate any challenges or barriers encountered during the interviews to the supervising team promptly.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Maintain professional interaction with learners to foster a positive image of the funder.
· Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and respect for all participants.
Training and Development:
· Participate in training sessions to understand the project's objectives and methodology.
· Stay updated on any changes in interview protocols or project directives.
