This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at our client in Fourways, Cedar. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality standards, overseeing food and beverage operations, and managing the culinary team. Stock control, staff management of around 30 kitchen assistants, chefs, inventory and so forth.
