Position: New Vehicle Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries and objections effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a valid SA driving license with a clean driving record.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle features and specifications, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Core Duties:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
- Product Presentation: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to the closing of the sale and vehicle delivery.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with prospective buyers and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Administrative Duties: Complete necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, vehicle registrations, and finance applications accurately and promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving dealership targets.
