We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team on a commission basis. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. This role offers flexible working hours, with an estimated commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present and promote our sunglasses and customization services to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues.
- Keep accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Active on social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) with at least 1,000 followers on TikTok.
- Ability to attend business events and travel for business, if necessary.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
