A new restaurant in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the start up and running of all Restaurant operations, requirements as follows:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Reside in or around Stellenbosch
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Bubbly, personable, confident and professional
- Working knowledge of accounting, ordering and reporting systems and processes.
- Experience with P.O.S systems
- Able to draft and implement SOP's
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Formal Hotel qualification (or similar) preferred
- Prepared to work long hours/weekends/after hours when required
