Introduction
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Invoicing Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing processes, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with general accounts administration.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously
- Maintain and update invoicing and account records
- Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Handle billing queries and liaise with clients professionally
- Work closely with internal departments regarding invoicing matters
- Assist with basic financial and administrative reporting
- Ensure all documentation is filed and maintained correctly
- Support the accounts and administration department with daily tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate (MS Office essential)
- Proficient in English & Afrikaans (speak, write & read)
- Experience with accounting software will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Professional and reliable work ethic
Pay: R15 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
