Daily monitoring of all ATM’s
- Utilise different Banks monitoring systems to respond as quickly as possible to down ATM’s
- Log calls with banks vendors for problematic ATM’s and managing escalation until problem is timeously resolved.
- Forward update status on ATMs to centres regularly
- Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department’s processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard.
- Support SBVs ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.
Daily troubleshooting and guaranteeing ATMs availability.
- Analyse poor performing ATM’s and put action plan in place for improvement.
- Identify faults in ATMs, by checking data obtained from reports and forward an alert to the Centre for them to be attended to.
- Follow up that all faults have been allocated to a team and have been resolved.
- Solving problems with the importation of data and non-existent transactions.
- Identify and communicate faults in cash machines and send an alert for them to be solved.
- Escalate to bank should vendor not adhere to SLA's as per bank standard in efforts to minimise downtime.
Solve problems identified by the client
- Manage the relationship with clients by communicating regularly to ensure that they are satisfied with the running of ATM machines
- Provide information and solutions for improving overall quality of service.

- Drive the department’s values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment towards the mission.
Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change
- Act as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure business continuity.
- Manage the integration of business units into a seamless end to end solution for customers.
- Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur, addressing or escalating matters/ concerns to the SME’s (subject matter experts) when required.
- Facilitate the necessary presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one’s portfolio.
