We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Debt Review Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our debt review process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent client service throughout each stage of the debt counseling journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and update client information accurately on debt review systems.
- Prepare and submit debt review applications and documentation.
- Liaise with creditors, payment distribution agencies (PDAs), and clients.
- Draft repayment, COB's, proposals and ensure timely submission of 17.1's and 17.2's, legal work, debit order cancellations, Collections etc.
- Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding documents and payments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical client files.
- Provide administrative support to Debt Counsellors.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (required).
- Previous experience (Minimum of 1 Year) in debt review, debt counseling, or financial services (preferred).
- Knowledge of debt review systems (e.g., IDOCS, Finwise, DHS, or similar) is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the National Credit Act (if applicable in your region)
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
