Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally when engaging with customers
- Promote products and services through direct sales and marketing activities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Work independently to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns in a professional manner
- Use problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges and improve customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Attend training sessions and apply feedback to improve performance
- Contribute to team targets while managing individual responsibilities effectively
- Stay informed about products, campaigns, and market trends
- Support brand awareness through positive and consistent customer engagement
