- Bachelor's Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
- 5-7 years of practical experience in business improvement, optimisation, or transformation projects, preferably within cross-functional teams.
- Proven project management skills, including leading and coordinating small to medium teams from objective clarification through to delivery.
- Experience in agile transformations, lean implementations, or start-up facilitation methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
- Practical knowledge or understanding of mining operations and the mining value chain is advantageous.
- Certification as an Agile Practitioner (Recommended/Desirable)

- Lead and coordinate Market to Resource (M2R) optimisation projects, ensuring alignment with overall commodity value chain strategies to drive commercial value.
- Develop and implement innovative tools, processes, and scenarios to enhance decision-making and optimise capacity utilisation across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate agile transformation initiatives and lean implementation projects to introduce new ways of working and improve management processes.
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders to identify concerns, shape opportunities, and facilitate workshops that align with strategic objectives.
- Manage small to medium teams throughout project lifecycles, from clarifying objectives to delivering results and tracking performance metrics.
- Drive capability building and coaching by organising formal and informal learning sessions, providing training, and supporting team development.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication within the M2R community of practice to foster collaboration, fast-paced decision-making, and constructive engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies and promote a safe, healthy, and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee project management activities including planning, execution, risk identification, and progress tracking to guarantee successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Lead research and analysis efforts to diagnose project challenges, plan data-driven scenarios, and design effective, sustainable solutions across business units.
