A thriving ISP in Umhlanga Rocks is hiring candidates for an exciting position within the Office Administration Department.
Primary Object of Position
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from both new and existing customers, managing inbound calls related to current clients and conducting regular follow-ups.
Responsible for the booking schedule and updating the customers throughout the installation process - from the start of installation up to the activation; communicating with relevant departments/teams via approved channels; continuously updating information received, via provided software across various platforms.
Demonstrating professionalism and providing accurate responses in all situations is one of the main requirements.
Fluency in English, strong grammar and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a tam are essential qualifications.
Prior experience in the field is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Minimum requirement: Matric
