Focusing on the evenings experience, the enjoyment of food and wine, PERSONALITY is a KEY ELEMENT in selecting the perfect candidate.
REQUIREMENTS:
WSET / Cape Wine Academy qualification with exceptional knowledge of food and fine wines
Previous experience of Fine Dining 5-star service techniques and etiquette is ESSENTIAL
Own transport essential
Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems and Stock Control
