Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission + Night Shift Allowance
JOB ROLE
To contact debtors, negotiate payment arrangements, and meet set collections targets while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Debt Collector in an outbound call centre.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed collections targets.
- Good understanding of the DCA, NCA, POPIA, and Debi Check process.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 9pm, with reliable transport.
- Must be available for work 3 Saturdays per month and every alternate public holiday from 8am to 1pm.

- Outstanding telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Good typing and accuracy skills.

- Good general administration, planning and organizing, and time management skills.
- Tenacious, with ability to work autonomously and take accountability.
- Target driven and self-motivated.
- Team player.
