As a Reception/ Reservationist, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling reservations/ reception and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Managing and updating the Opera Cloud reservation system.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly.
Maintaining accurate records and reports of bookings and cancellations.
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud reservation system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
