- FICA & Compliance Champion: Take charge of receiving mandates from agents, rigorously checking that all FICA verification documentation is complete, accurate, and fully compliant before any listing goes live.
- Listing & Document Management: Keep daily stock lists meticulously updated, type mandate/valuation letters, and manage critical uploads to Google Drive.
- Front Desk Excellence: Manage full reception duties, handle the switchboard, and warmly welcome walk-in clients with a professional demeanour.
- Branch Operations: Supervise the office key book, allocate incoming leads to duty agents, and manage office rosters and daily security routines.
- A strong, practical understanding of FICA regulations and administrative compliance within a professional environment (Real Estate experience is highly advantageous).
- An uncompromising eye for detail - you spot missing signatures, incomplete ID copies, or unverified details from a mile away.
- Exceptional typing skills, high accuracy and excellent phone etiquette.
- Tech fluency, including Google Drive and the ability to confidently navigate industry platforms like Windeed, Alchemy, and Marq.
Matric certificate and Real Estate experience would be highly advantageous.
