Job Summary:
The SHE Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization and our clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SHE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with local and national safety and environmental regulations.
- Deliver training programs and workshops to promote health and safety awareness among employees.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Collaborate with management and employees to integrate SHE practices into daily operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety activities and report on SHE performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20 000,00 - R28 000,00 per month
