Vacancy: Alarm Controller/ Control room operator
We are looking for an experienced Alarm Controller/Control room operator to join our security team.
Requirements:
- PSIRA registered (Minimum Grade C)
- Previous alarm control room experience
- Guarding control experience is essential
- Computor literate
- Exellent communication and report - writing skills.
- Ability to work shifts,including nights,weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure.
- Must have worked on watchmanager.
Responsibilities
Monitor alarm activations and CCTV systems.
Dispatch response officers to alarm activations.
Maintain accurate incident logs and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, response officers, and emergency services.
Follow company procedures and control room protocols at all times
