We are looking for passionate, energetic, and responsible individuals to teach various ESL courses, from English core courses to conversation courses.
The applicants should be comfortable, easygoing, and creative when teaching teens and adults. Although all materials will be prepared, you can deviate from them at your discretion as long as the learning objectives are met, and the students are learning in a fun, engaging environment.
The work will be remote (you can work from anywhere in the world).
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching ESL (TESOL / TEFL/ CELTA, etc)
- Enthusiastic, flexible, highly responsible; able to motivate and inspire students
- Ability to work with Zoom and Moodle (preferred)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) (preferred)
Job Description:
- Teach ESL curriculum at a high level of proficiency
- Assess and identify students’ individual learning needs
- Keep students engaged using a variety of teaching techniques: lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations
- Assign and mark homework
- Evaluate and review the progress of students and discuss results with them
