The focus of all menus is centred around signature wines, craft beers & spirits and the use of farm fresh ingredients produced on the farm and inspired by each season.
ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly organised, polished, motivated, dynamic & enthusiastic RESTAURANT & HOSPITALITY MANAGER to oversee daily lunch and dinner service, bringing about a warm and friendly yet attentive level of service along with each of the outlets senior Floor Managers, Sommeliers, Waiters and Baristas. We need a candidate with experience in top end fine dining operations, Eat Out standard establishments, artisan wine, coffee and beverage establishments where service and cuisine are celebrated.
REQUIREMENTS

Min 8 years’ experience within fine dining / ultra 5* restaurant management operations

Good exposure and confidence in promoting & serving signature SA wines, and good knowledge of Coffee Production

Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all-round understanding of food, ingredients & plating components

Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence

WSET / Cape Wine Academy equivalent qualifications essential

Hotel / Hospitality / Business or Restaurant Management qualification a HUGE ADVANTAGE
