As a junior IT technician , you will be responsible for assisting in the installation , maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and networking issues . You will work closely with Senior IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure and prove timely support to end-users
Technical Support
- Provide first-line support technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site
- Troubleshooting and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- install, configure and upgrade computer system and software
Requirements
- Drivers license
- Must have knowledge about Networking
- Must have knowledge on software installation
