FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR (DEBTORS & CREDITORS)
BOTHASIG, Cape Town, Western Cape
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full debtors and creditors function
- Processing supplier invoices and reconciliations
- Debtor collections and account management
- Preparing payment schedules
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- General finance administration duties
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience in a Debtors and Creditors role
- Strong experience working with Sage Accounting software (Sage experience is non-negotiable)
- Excellent reconciliation skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Important:
Applicants without Sage experience will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not have practical, hands-on Sage experience.
