We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager West Region, who will be based in Cape Town, , Western Cape, South Africa and be responsible for overseeing and developing the target market within the assigned territory, in line with the company’s sales strategy. The role reports to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring the growth and development of customers and applications in the markets and territories as defined in the company’s strategic sales plans.

The achievement of targets/goals as agreed to in conjunction with the MD.

To provide constant and timeous feedback on market conditions/trends to the MD.

To make full use of the CRM tool in terms of company guidelines to ensure quality market intelligence is always available.

To ensure that he/she keeps him/herself up to date with the latest technological advances of the company and industry.

To ensure that he/she remains abreast of advances in sales techniques.

To continually scan the market for new opportunities for the company.

To adhere to deadlines for the timeous submission of administrative items as required.

To always represent the Company in a professional and competent manner.

To lead supervise, manage and develop the regional team to its full potential.
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.

7-10 years' experience in HVAC & R or a related industry

Business Development Experience for OEM's, Wholesalers, Contractors and Retailers
-
Leadership and team management skills
-
Experience with Smart IOT solutions
