2 Operations supervisor Jobs and Work in Vryheid, Zn

In this hands-on supervisory role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day efficiency, safety, and operational excellence of the forecourt. Your primary focus will be managing wetstock operations—including supervising fuel deliveries, performing daily tank dips, recording meter readings, and conducting routine equipment checks to keep all pumps and forecourt hardware in good working order.

You will provide daily supervision to forecourt attendants, ensuring that they adhere to roles and responsibilities and company policies, that shift rosters are strictly followed, assisting them when required, handling customer complaints professionally, enforcing health and safety protocols, and reporting maintenance issues directly to the Manager to guarantee an exceptional customer experience and service.

Requirements:

· Grade 12

· 2+ years of experience in retail fuel operations / forecourt environment

· Previous forecourt supervisor experience with be an advantage

Residing in Vryheid

Skills:

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Ability to work in fast-paced environments

· Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working rotational shift work.
