Job Title: Project Manager (8-12 Years Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8-12 years of proven success in delivering customer-facing large scale (Enterprise) IT projects. This role demands strong ownership of client engagements, with a sharp focus on building lasting relationships and proactively managing risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; drive contingency planning and timely issue resolution.
- Manage stakeholder communication across clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams with clarity and transparency.
- Ensure consistent reporting through status updates, risk logs, and performance metrics.
- Drive scope management and change control while safeguarding delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with customer expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on customer-facing projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and client communication.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and with customers.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
