We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing team, oversee campaign planning and execution, and ensure our brands remain consistent, relevant, and impactful across all channels. If you are passionate about marketing leadership and delivering campaigns that achieve measurable business results, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic retail and manufacturing environment.

Join Wheco as a Marketing Manager and help drive brand growth and marketing excellence across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Marketing team
Plan and oversee marketing schedules, campaigns, and promotional launches across all brands
Develop and manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing, website, and PR content
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Manage sponsorships, advertising, and other offline marketing initiatives
Analyse market, customer, and sales insights to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns

Skills and Requirements:

Proven marketing leadership experience
Strong project management and organisational skills
Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working across multiple brands and marketing channels
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field; a Degree or advanced qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
Valid driver's license
3–5 years' experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management, including leadership responsibilities
