Full Job Description

Kick-start your career in Quantity Surveying!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Intern to join our team for a 3-month fixed-term internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and develop practical industry skills.

What You'll Be Involved In

Assisting with project measurements and cost estimates.
Supporting the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
Assisting with cost tracking, reporting, and project documentation.
Gaining exposure to procurement and tender processes.
Learning about construction contracts and contract administration.
Assisting with the review of contractor quotations and payment applications.
Supporting the preparation of monthly cost reports.
Attending site visits and project meetings with senior team members.
Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and project teams.
Developing practical quantity surveying skills through hands-on project exposure.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Recent graduate or final-year student.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Important Information

Full-time internship (3 months)
Based at our Illovo office
Travel to Eswatini will be required from time to time
Travel and accommodation will be provided when required

Pay: R17 000,00 per month
