Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong client relationships, and driving customer loyalty? We have an exciting opportunity for a VIP Host to join our dynamic team.
As a VIP Host, you will play a key role in increasing VIP loyalty, driving player retention, and maximising deposits from both existing VIP and potential VIP players. You'll be responsible for creating outstanding player experiences while proactively managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP and potential VIP players.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to enhance player loyalty and engagement.

Provide ongoing support by responding to player queries promptly and ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently.

Proactively manage missing, lapsed, and dissatisfied players to improve retention.

Increase deposits from VIP and potential VIP players through strategic engagement.

Identify dormant players and implement reactivation strategies.
-
Convert potential VIP players into the VIP retention programme.

Monitor player activity, including deposits, frequency of play, gaming experience, and overall satisfaction.

Promote VIP and potential VIP campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

Monitor rejected transactions and take the necessary follow-up actions.

Track daily account statuses, VIP account issues, and outstanding queries.

Monitor top winners and losers, including contacting valid big winners where applicable.

Track net profit performance and provide accurate daily reporting.

Analyse player behaviour and identify opportunities through gap analysis, implementing tactical solutions to improve performance.

Work closely with Shift Supervisors to drive player traffic and maximise revenue.

Maintain accurate records and complete all required administrative duties.

Provide regular updates and reports on VIP performance, account activity, and customer engagement.
