Full Job Description

Phahamiso Consulting is looking for a driven and self-motivated Part-Time Recruiter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening quality candidates, managing the recruitment process, and actively generating new business through cold calling and client outreach.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, business development, and working in a performance-driven environment where earnings are based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
Screen CVs and conduct telephonic interviews.
Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Conduct reference checks where required.
Maintain accurate candidate records and databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Business Development

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients.
Identify companies with recruitment needs.
Introduce Phahamiso Consulting's recruitment services.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Arrange client meetings where required.
Follow up on leads and maintain a client pipeline.
Assist in securing new recruitment opportunities.

Administration

Prepare candidate profiles for submission.
Keep recruitment trackers updated.
Submit weekly activity reports.
Ensure professional communication with clients and candidates.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 1 year recruitment experience.
Previous cold calling or business development experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Reliable internet connection and laptop.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration

Commission-Based Only
