Full Job Description

Job Summary

The Driver Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new drivers. The successful candidate will ensure that driver information is captured accurately, documentation is verified, and onboarding is completed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture and maintain accurate driver information within the onboarding system.

· Facilitate the onboarding process from initial application through to activation.

· Review and verify driver documentation to ensure compliance with company requirements.

· Monitor the progress of driver applications and follow up on outstanding documentation or requirements.

· Communicate with prospective drivers via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding their application status.

· Ensure all onboarding records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

· Work closely with internal teams to resolve onboarding queries and support driver activation.

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Minimum Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a driver onboarding, administrative, recruitment, or similar role.

· Grade 12 (Matric).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

· Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

· Experience working within the ride-hailing, transport, logistics, or mobility industry will be advantageous.

· Experience using CRM systems or onboarding platforms.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
