Disruptive IT is currently recruiting a Contract Management Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity with a leading enterprise client based in Centurion.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite, with the possibility of moving to full-time onsite depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and procurement contracts.

* Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts and contractual amendments.

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies and governance requirements.

* Provide guidance on contract interpretation, risks and obligations.

* Collaborate with procurement, legal, software asset management and business stakeholders.

* Monitor contract milestones, renewals and expiry dates.

* Support supplier engagement and contract performance management.

* Maintain accurate contract records and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

* 3–5 years’ experience in Contract Management.

* Legal qualification or strong legal contract management background.

* Experience managing procurement and software asset management (SAM) contracts.

* Strong understanding of commercial contract principles and risk management.

* Excellent contract drafting, negotiation and administration skills.

* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

* Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

* Immediate start

* Contract ending 31 March 2027

Mandatory Requirements

* South African ID or valid work permit.

* Clear criminal record.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
