We're looking for a commercially minded, strategic Product Manager to take ownership of one or more of our core product areas. Product strategy & vision

Define a compelling product vision, positioning, and value proposition

Build and own a clear, outcome driven 12-month roadmap

Prioritise opportunities that drive growth, retention, cross-sell, and differentiation

Align product direction with company goals, integration priorities and market needs
Commercial leadership
-
Create data driven business cases clearly articulating opportunity, impact, risk, effort and return

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, channel, customer success and support teams to validate demand and evaluate trade offs

Own and improve core KPIs including adoption, usage, retention, churn risk, CSAT/NPS and ARR impact
Customer, channel & market insight

Build a deep understanding of MSPs, channel partners and SMB customer environments

Translate customer feedback, market trends and insights into actionable product decisions

Maintain an informed perspective on market dynamics, competitive shifts and growth opportunities
Cross functional leadership

Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Design and Scrum teams to turn strategy into outcomes

Drive alignment across teams where product experiences and platform capabilities intersect

Build strong, trusted relationships across Product, Engineering and Go To Market functions
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

Experience as a Product Manager within SaaS or technology led environments

Strong commercial instincts, including business case development, prioritisation and KPI ownership

Experience working with partners, channels or indirect go to market models

Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Bonus (not a requirement) experience

Experience within cyber security, data protection or adjacent domains

Exposure to MSP or channel first software businesses

Experience working in a private equity backed or high growth environment

Shape strategy in a rapidly scaling technology business with strong commercial momentum
