Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Performance & Reporting
- Compile monthly SEO performance reports across all brands
- Analyse website traffic across multiple channels, including lead generation, page performance, and keyword rankings
- Identify patterns, opportunities for growth, and areas that require optimisation
2. Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify new ranking opportunities
- Maintain and update keyword tracking using SEMrush
- Support the development of SEO strategies focused on increasing traffic, conversions, and lead generation
3. Technical & On-Page SEO
- Optimise website content, including keywords, internal and external linking, meta titles and descriptions, headings, image alt tags, canonical tags, and overall site structure
- Identify and resolve SEO-related technical issues using tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- Implement and manage website tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Matomo
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance website speed, structure, and content performance
4. Content Optimisation
- Perform SEO optimisation on articles and website content across multiple brand sites
- Assist with content strategies aimed at improving organic visibility and user engagement
5. Off-Page SEO & Listings
- Develop backlinks from reputable, high-authority websites
- Manage and update external listings and partner site references
- Maintain and optimise Google Business Profile listings
6. SEO Strategy & Development Support
- Contribute SEO insights and recommendations for new website development projects
- Suggest plugins and tools to enhance SEO performance
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Provide performance insights using Google Analytics (GA4), Matomo, and related reporting platforms
- Support reporting on paid campaign performance when required
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
- 1–2 years’ experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and search engine optimisation

Language Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- An additional European language (French, German, or Dutch) is beneficial
