Full Job Description

Operations and Admin Assistant

Our transport company is seeking to employ a professional and well-organized Operations and Admin Assistant to support the daily functioning of our business.

Responsibilities are but not limited to,

Provide administrative support to the operations and finance teams.
Assist with driver documentation, load paperwork, and general office administration.
Prepare and issue statements, and invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain filing systems, records, and essential business documents.
Assist with communication between internal departments, clients, and suppliers.
Perform any other reasonable duties related to operations and administration.

Minimum requirements

Previous experience in administration, operations, or transport/logistics will be advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email.
Must be accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Able to prepare statements, invoices and handle routine administrative tasks professionally.

Remuneration

Salary dependent on experiance

Working hours

Flexible working hours.
Must be willing to work any hours required as per operational requirements
Weekend work may be required when necessary.
