Full Job Description

About Us

Dynamic Gee is a fast-growing IT solutions company providing Managed IT Services, Computer Repairs, Hardware & Software Sales, Cloud Services, VoIP, and Internet Solutions. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can combine front-desk professionalism with strong administrative and basic sales support skills.

Role Overview

This role goes beyond traditional reception duties. You will be the face of the company while also supporting daily operations through administration, client coordination, and quotation preparation, playing a key role in customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally welcome and assist clients and visitors

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

Schedule appointments and coordinate team

Prepare, send, and follow up on client quotations

Liaise with technical and sales teams to gather pricing and service details

Assist with invoicing, data capturing, and general admin tasks

Maintain an organized reception and office environment

Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and directing opportunities

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Requirements

Proven experience in a Receptionist, Admin, or Sales Support role

Experience with quotations, invoicing, or client coordination

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)

Ability to multitask

Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Matric (Grade 12) required; admin/sales qualification is an advantage

Basic knowledge of IT products/services is beneficial

Key Competencies

Strong attention to detail (especially with pricing and quotations)

Customer-focused mindset

Organizational and time management skills

Confidence in handling clients and supporting sales processes

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Training will be provided

Working hours 8am to 1pm (Half day)
