- These are real business conversations, so EQ, confidence, and professionalism matter.
How You’ll Find Them
Contractors in this role may generate opportunities through a mix of outbound, follow-up, organic, and AI-assisted channels, including but not limited to:
- Cold lead lists built by the Revlution team from relevant engagement and content activity
- Calling prospects who have interacted with our outbound email campaigns
- Facebook groups and other relevant communities
- LinkedIn, LinkedIn groups, and relevant industry events
- Personal social profile outreach where appropriate
- Membership lists, no-shows, and reschedules
- Prospects who engaged with our ads or content
- Slack-routed and team-surfaced opportunities ● Additional multi-channel opportunities created through AI-supported outbound systems
How You'll Be Compensated
We believe in rewarding performance. Your compensation is designed to give you a solid foundation with clear upside as you drive more revenue.
1. The Core Structure
- Steady base
- Bonus for every qualified set you make that received an offer from the AE
- How do we define “offer” : the prospect is qualified, has a real need that we can solve, they have enough info about us ahead of the AE call, and enough interest that a legitimate sales conversation happens, with a pitch, pricing, and attempt to close.
- Tiered Commission:
- Under $75K generated: 0%
- $75K to $174,999 generated: 0.5%
- $175K+ generated: 1%
2. Activity Guide
- Based on our numbers, here is how daily activity typically translates to results:
- 100 dials/day = ~10 offers
- 150 dials/day = ~15 offers
- 200 dials/day = ~20 offers
What We’ve Seen Work
We have built a workflow that gives strong outbound SDRs a clear path to success. Contractors who tend to perform best here usually do the following:
- Utilize CRM, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify the prospect’s need and qualify fit through real conversation, not just surface interest.
- Build trust with prospects and guide them toward the next best step.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities instead of waiting for perfect lead flow.
- Set up meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the appropriate sales rep.
- Generate leads by leveraging phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels to schedule qualified meetings.
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow-up.
- Identify best practices and strengthen their prospecting strategy as they develop in the role.
- Move fast on new replies, fresh opportunities, and active conversations. Speed to lead matters.
- Stay tenacious. The best SDRs are always hunting, keep following up intelligently, and know every no gets them closer to a yes.

- Contractors in this role can get direct face time with sales and revenue leaders through coaching, feedback, strategy, and performance conversations.
- That support is there to help sharpen skills, strengthen judgment, and increase earning potential over time.
- This role is part of a longer-term effort to build a stronger bench of sales talent.
- High performers may have the opportunity to grow into more advanced sales, leadership, coaching, or fractional opportunities as the business expands.

The more consistently you execute, the better your quality gets. The better your quality gets, the more revenue you generate and the more you can make.
Pay: R191,00 - R239,00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
