We offer real-time data on customer service & satisfaction levels, staff performance, and general operational & analytical feedback.
Our cloud-based big data and retail analytics solutions give management the ongoing ability to benchmark staff and overall service performance, as well as implementing real-time in-store market research.
We are a young, nimble team of professionals and are looking for the ideal Network & IT Support Field Technician candidate to join our well established team in the Western Cape.
- Valid unendorsed South African drivers licence and own reliable transport;
- Clear criminal record;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
- Ability to embark on trips that cover the Northern Cape, Free State, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga (and other provinces and Southern African countries when required) for up to two weeks at a time;
- Valid passport and ability to travel to Southern African countries including Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho if and when required.
- Honest and reliable, with a clear sense of responsibility and accountability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Technical acumen including computer support as well as computer and IOT network maintenance and support;
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve problems experienced on site, while in constant communication with the back office for support;
- Willingness to put in extra time if and when required;
The successful candidate will be required to build relationships with our regional customer base, and be responsible for installation and maintenance of Service Systems equipment and systems at customer sites. You should be capable of establishing and maintaining support call cycles and submitting complete records and paperwork to the relevant departments. Strong administration skills are advantageous, as well as a can-do attitude. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time in line with any company requirements.
Ultimately, we are looking for a well-rounded candidate with sound technical experience who can perform under pressure, work independently, multi-task well, and be good with people.
- Computer literate in Google Workspace, as well as call-out / site visit inspection software for reporting purposes.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
