Job Purpose
The Cold Calling Sales Agent is responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating leads, assessing client eligibility, and promoting the company's debt review removal services. The role requires building rapport with clients, identifying their needs, explaining the service accurately, and converting qualified prospects into successful sales while maintaining compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Identify clients who may qualify for debt review removal.
- Explain the debt review removal process accurately and professionally.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication.
- Handle objections confidently and work towards closing sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately capture client information on the CRM or company systems.
- Ensure all required documentation is obtained from clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximise conversion rates.
- Encourage clients to complete all required documentation and payment arrangements where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Adhere to company compliance standards and quality assurance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and product training.
- Keep up to date with company products, procedures, and compliance requirements.

- First-payment conversion rate (where applicable).

Minimum Requirements
- Previous outbound cold calling or telesales experience is advantageous.
- Experience in financial services, debt review, legal services, or call centres is beneficial.
- Good command of English (additional South African languages are advantageous).
- Basic computer literacy.

Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high compliance standards, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing positively to the overall performance of the sales team.
Pay: R5 500,00 - R10 500,00 per month
