REL WASTE COMPACTOR DRIVER (Code EC)

About the Role
We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious REL Waste Compactor Drivers to join our operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating rear-end loader refuse compactors to collect and transport municipal and commercial waste safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate REL waste compactor vehicles safely and efficiently.
*Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
*Perform scheduled waste collection routes.
*Operate hydraulic bin lifting equipment.
*Ensure safe loading and transportation of waste.
*Complete vehicle inspection reports and logbooks.
*Report vehicle defects and maintenance requirements.
*Comply with all road traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
*Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times.
*Work effectively with waste collection crews.
Minimum Requirements
*Valid Code EC Driver's Licence.
*Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
*Minimum 3 years' experience operating REL waste compactor trucks.
*Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
*Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
*Medically fit.
*Good communication skills.

*Experience operating hydraulic refuse compactors.
* Defensive driving training.
* Waste management industry experience.

We are looking for an experienced **TLB Operator** to support waste management and environmental operations by operating plant equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate TLB equipment safely.
* Excavate, load and move waste and materials.
* Assist with site preparation and clean-up activities.
* Conduct daily equipment inspections.
* Report defects and maintenance requirements.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
* Maintain equipment in good operating condition.
Minimum Requirements
* Valid TLB Operator Certificate.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Minimum 3 years' operating experience.
* Ability to work independently.
* Good understanding of safe plant operation.
* Medically fit.
Advantageous
* Experience in waste management or construction operations.
* First Aid certificate.
JOB OPPORTUNITY – LDV DRIVER (Code C1)

We are seeking reliable and professional **LDV Drivers** to support operational teams through the transportation of personnel, equipment and materials to various work sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate company light delivery vehicles safely.
* Transport staff, equipment and supplies.
* Perform daily vehicle inspections.
* Maintain accurate trip records.
* Ensure vehicles remain clean and roadworthy.
* Comply with company safety procedures.
* Assist operational teams when required.
Minimum Requirements
* Valid Code C1 Driver's Licence.
* Valid PrDP.
* Minimum 3 years' driving experience.
* Clean driving record.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
Advantageous
* Experience within waste management, logistics or construction environments.
