Full Job Description

Job Advert Summary

To provide administrative support and record keeping for Information System office.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
HR Certificate
1-2 years experience in administration, preferably in an HR environment
Computer literacy (Ms office suite)
Valid driver's licence with ability to pass RW K53
Desired Education: National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, HRM or an equivalent NQF Levels 6 will be an added advantage

Primary Duties

Provides efficient general administrative support, such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports and arranging meetings.
Timeously assist employees with HR-related queries and, if necessary, refer more complex queries to the appropriate section in HR.
Maintain accurate record-keeping and administrative in terms of HR- related processes. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR documentation.
Provides support with the planning and onboarding of new employees.
Assist in providing information on employee benefits, including medical aid and retirement benefits.
Ensure that all data is accurately captured on SAP (for engagements, staff movements and terminations) and staff queries are related to the HRIS system are responded to timeously.
Assist with the capturing of leave on the ESS system is undertaken timeously and ensuring integrity of data is maintained.
Assist with the capturing of new employees qualifications on Web Answer whilst ensuring integrity of data is maintained.
