Stipend:
R4 500.00 per month.

Minimum Requirements

N6 Management Assistant.

Post Description:

Assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties, including:
- Receiving telephone calls;
- Rendering customer service;
- Information processing (memoranda, letters, email, internet, minutes, etc.;
- Filing of documentation and records;
- Collection of post / faxes and distribution to relevant staff as required;
- Data capturing;
- Assisting with registration of students;
- ITS capturing.

Commencement Date:

As soon as possible.

Candidates are required to submit the following documents:

A NEW Z83, effective from 01 January 2021 (those who use the old Z83 form will be disqualified) obtainable from our website when you click on below, or from any Public Service Department.
A detailed Curriculum Vitae with at least three (3) contactable references and e-mail addresses.
Original certified copies of academic record (transcript);
Original certified copies of Matric certificate and certificates for N4-N6,
Original certified copy of Identity Document, both sides.
