As part of our continued growth, we are investing heavily in our technology team and are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build, improve and scale our core platforms.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend development experience and a solid .NET backend background.
This is a hands-on development role where you will be responsible for building and enhancing customer-facing web applications, APIs and internal systems. You'll work closely with product, design and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that directly impact our customers and operations.
Whilst this is a full stack position, there is a strong emphasis on frontend development, user experience and modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET.
- Write efficient, secure and maintainable SQL queries and database solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the technology stack.
- Improve application performance, reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
- Support and mentor other developers where appropriate.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' commercial experience with C# and .NET.
- Minimum 4 years' commercial experience working with SQL databases.
- Minimum 4 years' experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Minimum 4 years' commercial experience with HTML, CSS and modern frontend development.
- Strong experience working across both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and design principles.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Experience contributing to technical architecture and design decisions.
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience within development teams.
