About the Role
Lead the HR function or sub-function within the organization, developing and implementing HR plans that support overall business objectives. Work actively in a matrixed organization, partnering closely with HR COE leadership and Leadership business to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions and ensure seamless, strategic HR support across the business. Translate the company's mission, vision, and strategy into specific goals and actionable plans for the HR function.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies by aligning departmental objectives with organisational goals and inspiring high performance
- Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, embedding an AI Fluency culture through change management, training, and governance
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner across functions
- Develop and execute functional strategies, business plans, budgets, workforce plans, and performance targets
- Strengthen organisational capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance management
- Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and transformation
- Leverage HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services, and enable evidence-based insights
- Lead development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and data management processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence
