- Manage food & beverage and facilities operations to agreed budgets and service standards.
- Lead and develop project teams through performance management, training, and effective communication.
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, including VIP and event functions.
- Oversee menu design, procurement, vendor management, and continuous quality improvement.
- Establish and manage KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure statutory compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and environmental requirements.
- Manage client, community, and public relations, including local community development initiatives.
- Control costs, reduce waste, and adapt operations to changing market needs.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual financial and productivity reports
- Strong background managing project finances and budgets
- Strong background in high-volume food service, banqueting, and VIP events.
- Solid background in banqueting, VIP hospitality, and upmarket events
- Good knowledge of business management, legislation, HACCP, and health & safety standards
- Compatible experience in procurement, tender processes, staff training, and cross-cultural team management
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within Remote Camp.
- Proven experience managing budgets and Project financials.
- Relevant qualification in Facilities, Camp, or Hotel Management (or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s licence required; French is an advantage.
- Rotation 8 weeks On, 2 weeks Off
