We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sage X3 Consultant to lead the design, implementation, customization, and support of Sage X3 ERP solutions across our business. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to manage complex Sage X3 projects from end to end.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site engagements.

Lead the full lifecycle of Sage X3 implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.

Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Sage X3.

Customize and configure Sage X3 modules to meet business needs (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Mobile ADC, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including specifications, test plans, and training materials.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for functional and technical issues.

Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Sage X3.

Support integrations between Sage X3 and third-party systems.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years' hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sage X3 or a comparable Tier 2 ERP solution, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain/Business Central), SYSPRO, Acumatica, or Oracle NetSuite.

Demonstrated experience in at least two full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably within Sage X3 or a similar ERP platform.

In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes across Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, or related functional areas.

Proven experience in ERP configuration and customisation, including workflows, reporting, user setup, and business process optimisation. Sage X3-specific configuration experience will be advantageous.

Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, relational databases (SQL), and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI), SD&A (ZAP), or equivalent reporting and analytics solutions.

Experience with data migration, system integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Sage X3 certifications will be highly advantageous.

Functional or technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SYSPRO, Acumatica, Oracle NetSuite, or other comparable ERP solutions, with an interest or willingness to transition into Sage X3 consulting.

Experience with web services, APIs, middleware, or ERP integrations.

Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK.

Previous consulting experience with an ERP implementation partner or professional services organisation.

Experience working across multiple ERP platforms (e.g., Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SYSPRO, Acumatica, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar) will be advantageous.
Hybrid working model with remote work flexibility.
Reliable internet connectivity and own transport required.
Occasional travel for client meetings or team collaboration.
