Digital Marketing / Growth Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing department. In this role, you won't just be managing from afar—you will be the strategic brain and the hands-on executioner of our growth.
You will lead our paid acquisition strategy (Google & Meta), craft engaging organic content on Instagram, manage our direct customer communication channels (Email & WhatsApp), and oversee customer relations to ensure our community loves our brand as much as we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising (Google & Meta): Set up, monitor, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions while maintaining a healthy ROAS.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and execute our Instagram content calendar. Create engaging posts, stories, and reels (copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing).
- Retention & Direct Marketing: Build and execute email newsletter campaigns and WhatsApp broadcast strategies to nurture leads, drive repeat purchases, and build brand loyalty.
- Customer Relations: Act as the voice of our brand by managing customer inquiries, monitoring feedback across social channels, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels and translate data into actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Experience & Skills Required
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (ideally in a generalist, startup, or agency environment).
- Paid Ads Expertise: Proven track record of managing profitable campaigns in
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.*Canva and mobile video editors (e.g., CapCut).*
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for design. Proficient in tools like
- Direct Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, analytical, and highly organized with the ability to wear multiple hats and pivot quickly.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Day 30: Fully audit our current Google/Meta ad setups, take over daily Instagram scheduling, and map out a 30-day email/WhatsApp content calendar.
- Day 60: Optimize active ad campaigns to improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and establish a consistent response protocol for customer relations.
- Day 90: Deliver a measurable increase in website traffic, lead/sale conversions, and audience engagement across email and social channels.
