We are seeking a skilled WebGL / 3D Interactive Web Developer to develop immersive, visually engaging 3D websites and interactive digital experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and marketing teams to combine 3D development, animation, interaction, responsive web design, marketing technology, testing, and performance optimisation using modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop immersive 3D and interactive websites using React, Next.js, Three.js, and React Three Fiber.
- Integrate, optimise, and display GLTF/GLB 3D models within web environments.
- Create smooth scroll-based animations, transitions, and interactive experiences.
- Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP and ScrollTrigger.
- Work with GLSL and custom shaders to create advanced visual effects and interactive experiences.
- Develop and maintain websites using TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Build responsive, accessible, user-friendly websites across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Work with WordPress for website development, integrations, and content management where required.
- Integrate websites with HubSpot, including forms, CRM functionality, tracking, lead capture, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to translate creative concepts into functional and engaging digital experiences.
- Conduct website testing and QA, including functionality, responsiveness, browser compatibility, performance, and usability testing.
- Implement and manage A/B testing to improve website performance, user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Optimise website loading speeds, 3D rendering, code performance, and overall user experience.
- Use Docker for development, testing, and deployment environments where required.
- Deploy and manage websites using Vercel, Netlify, or similar hosting platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to 3D rendering, animations, responsiveness, functionality, integrations, and deployment.
- Maintain clean, structured, scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Stay up to date with developments in WebGL, Three.js, React, 3D web development, animation, interactive design, testing, marketing technology, and web performance.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities associated with the position or as reasonably required by management.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with designers, developers, and marketing team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant interactive, 3D, or advanced web development work will be advantageous.
Pay: R28 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
