Full Job Description

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving abilities, a genuine interest in software development, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow. You should have a solid understanding of programming fundamentals and be excited to develop your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain bespoke web applications.
Collaborate on the development of Business Intelligence (BI) and automation solutions.
Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
Maintain, collaborate and expand existing codebases written in React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL.
Work with SQL databases to manage and automate client data workflows.
Confidently use AI-assisted tools to improve development speed and code quality.
Assist with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software issues.
Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
Learn software development best practices, including version control and coding standards.
Work with relational databases and data-driven applications.
Participate in the full software lifecycle, from problem discovery to deployment.

Our core Frameworks and Languages include:

Frontend: React & Next.js

Backend: Node.js & Python

Languages: TypeScript & JavaScript

Databases: SQL & Relational Databases

Infrastructure & Tools: Docker, Git and Supabase

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2 to 4 year’s professional software development experience.
Understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming principles.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or another modern programming language.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for software development and technology.
A willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

Advantageous

The following will be advantageous:

Experience with Docker and Containerization.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Jenkins).
Experience with Supabase.
