It provided me with a good corporate exposure
A typical day would mean dealing with enquiries from the students and parents. I gained a lot of knowledge about administration in the real world. I had a good relationship with my manager I did everything that I was told accordingly. I had a good relationship with my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was to deal with rude students and parents. What I enjoyed was to provide assistance to all our clients, and getting acknowledged by them.
ProsFree lunch.
ConsWork load, long work hours

Very busy environment with constant contact with personnel and students
The office is always busy with personnel and students coming in. Politics and red tape is frustrating. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Time frames has to be met to ensure smooth running of the daily procedures. The office environment is always happy and friendly.

Fun times monitoring students
Formulating stuff was fun to monitor and learning more about the aspects of pharmaceutics that I was no longer in touch with made it very rewarding. Requires more in-work training.
ProsInteraction with students
ConsNo prior training given, no marking scheme
