Fun environment
Fun place to work at, loads of pressure but someone is always willing to help. Quick changes in an ever changing environment with long hours and a lot of pressure but management and staff always ready to help.

Management
Management lacks leadership skills and knowledge. A day at work consists of defending yourself and teaching management about things they suppose to know, no accountability. One of 2 co-workers you can depend on and who has the same knowledge or understanding as you have. The hardest part of the job, is the lack of team-work, it is a chain and you can't do your job properly if the next person didn't do theirs. What i enjoy the most, is an acknowledgement from a store, customer or merchandiser.
ProsKnowledge I got from SAP
ConsAlways have to be on standby.

One close knit family.
We are a very close knit family in our department. We all work closely together to deliver the best possible results to our clients. We work hard and also make an effort to socialise and build company morale. Management has an open door policy which is a lovely way to work in. The hardest part of the job is that we do not always have an immediate view on what exactly is going on in the field. This job is demanding but so satisfying to see the result in terms of growing the account and acategory and seeing a satisfied client/ customer.

Its buzzing and energetic and challenging. A company that cares not only about their clients but most importantly their staff. Reasonable working hours is a plus

Avery good learning experience.
I start my day at 06h30 in the morning when arrive I arrive I will open my E-mail and respond to any queries that might have came trough in the evenings. After responding and following up I will start on my daily reports. I have learnt a lot from my manager he is helpful and will always advise me should I struggle with anything no matter how minor or major the issue are. I have learnt to be successful in the environment were in you need to work smart and not hard.

Was a great place to work for until recent changes.
Always enjoyed my work. But recent bad management decisions caused the downfall of this Business Unit. My co-workers are wonderful. I always stayed loyal to company and was planning to stay till I retire, but unfortunately my job is made redunded at the end of December.
Proswas a good company to work for .
Consbad management decisions had a very negetive impact on business.
