Enjoyed my time at Nedbank thoroughly and would do it all again.
Spent longer than 35 years at Nedbank. Like anything in life it had its ups and downs and fortunately there were more ups than downs. I loved being busy,put under pressure and delivering. I hated quiet times over holiday periods.

Company is great to work, but a lot of internal politics
Nedbank is a good company that look after their staff, Politics is the downfall in any branch.More need to be done in terms of favroutism.

Legal collections was a very strenuous and challenging job. Always working with targets and procedures. Management very stern and stat driven. Culture was diverse and most staff was a pleasure to work with. The hardest part of the job was when we had to repossess either homes or vehicles from the clients or closing their accounts.

Was a home far from home.
Although like any other place it came with it's up and downs, but was still workable and opportunities where endless.
The colleagues where great, and the clients just always kept me pushing myself more and more.
